Series of Administrative Sciences Journal

words from the editor

The Annals of the University of Bucharest - Series of Administrative Sciences (AUB-SAS), is an official publication of the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Business and Administration and is dedicated to expanding the knowledge of current multidisciplinary issues in Administrative Sciences.

AUB-SAS is an online academic journal and a double-blind peer reviewed.

The journal is opened for teachers, researchers, scientists and scholar students in all areas of administrative sciences. We also encourage publishing articles not only by academics but equally by public administration practitioners. In addition, AUB-SAS publishes proceedings of symposiums, conferences, workshops and meetings on current topics in administrative sciences.

For publication, AUB-SAS accepts two kinds of submission: Individual Submission and Conference Proceedings

A. Individual submission

The journal invites the authors to send their manuscripts - as regular paper - only by our online system (go to Submit Article link).

B. Conference proceedings

The organizers of symposiums, conferences, workshops and meetings on current topics in administrative sciences who would like to publish their proceedings in AUB-SAS are warmly invited to contact us.
AUB-SAS can publish conference proceedings in one of two ways:

a) Extended abstract:

The abstract should have between 600 - 1000 words. The text must provide answers for four questions:
(1) What matter does the paper cover?
(2) Why is the studied matter important?
(3) How does the author intend to answer to this matter?
(4) What is the relation between the paper and the already existent specialized literature?
Avoid the use of abbreviations and references. Except for the structure, the text must follow other instructions from the Author Guidelines.

b) Regular paper:

In this case, the conference papers have to respect the Author Guidelines.

AUB-SAS regularly publishes two issues per year (May 31 and November 30). In addition, on the occasion of scientific events organized in partnership with AUB-SAS, Supplements will be published.

This journal is published in English, so it is essential that for proper refereeing and quick publication all manuscripts are submitted in grammatically correct English. For this purpose we ask that non-native English speakers ensure their manuscripts are checked before submitting them for consideration.

AUB-SAS is an open access journal (free for readers) which is based on the principle that scientific research must be accessible to all interested people.
